In this class, we will sew a pajama set from scratch! The patterns we will be using allow for many different styles and customizations. The first two weeks of class, we will work on our pajama t-shirts. Learners will have the opportunity to choose a short or long sleeve tshirt. We will cut our fabric and assemble our shirts during class. The last two weeks of class, we will work on our pajama pants. Students will have access to two different pajama bottom patterns. Sewing machine + thread Scissors Iron + Ironing board/pad 3-4 yards of fabric knit fabric .5 yard contrasting knit fabric (for bands) 1" elastic Measuring tape Rotary cutter + cutting mat are optional, but highly recommended Patterns will be provided prior to class.
We will be using sewing machines and irons. Please have a parent nearby.
