Foam rolling has been shown to increase flexibility and blood flow, to remove muscle tension, improve athletic performance, reduce stress, and restore tissue elasticity. Many of us are sitting far too much theses days, so it is vital to still move you body. I have over seven and a half years of experience teaching low-impact fitness classes as well as four years of experience teaching movement to students with learning disabilities.
Needed -Foam Roller (Can be purchased on Amazon or at a local store) -Water -Exercise Band (A belt can work as well) -Large Pilates Ball Optional -Mat -Small "Infinity" Foam Roller

Parents, please make sure your child has an adequate amount of space to move around in, that they have water to stay hydrated, and that they are in clothing that does not limit movement. Shoes and loose pants are not recommended, as both can be a tripping hazard.
