課堂經歷
The Grouchy Ladybug is a multi-layered story that addresses different themes at the same time. The visual appeal of Eric Carle's artwork is great for describing animals. It also has the themes of dealing with bullying, comparing sizes, and telling of time. We will use Nearpod to explore size through sorting activities. Matching games, an interactive clock, and a short video will provide the backdrop for telling time using an analog clock. We will listen to the story and reflect on how the ladybug is being a bully. You may choose to log in to the Nearpod app (free for students) or your learner may participate on the shared screen. There are ample opportunities for student choice in response.

父母的引導和規範
I will be using carefully curated videos and resources within Nearpod. I will use Nearpod in the teacher-directed mode. Students may choose to create a free Nearpod account and have two windows open to participate in student activities. Or, students can watch through my shared screen and participate through annotation. Nearpod is an approved third-party educational tool. It is rated as excellent through Common Sense Education.
