Welcome to Explore PyScript - Run Python in Your HTML an Amazing New Package! In this one time class we are going to work on some really neat examples using the new package PyScript. This is a really neat HTML and Python package that allows you to connect code to a webpage. This technology is very new, and presents some interesting possibilities. Perhaps PyScript could be an answer to the popular JavaScript language and help integrate logic into web pages using programming. PyScript is a framework that allows users to create rich Python applications in the browser using HTML’s interface. PyScript aims to give users a first-class programming language that has consistent styling rules, is more expressive, and is easier to learn. In this class we are going to explore how to create a webpage in HTML running PyScript, explore small Python programs, and learn about some neat things you can do in Python and PyScript.

Students will learn how to construct a basic HTML webpages PyScript embedded. We will also look at some examples with Python and combine them.

父母的引導和規範
In this course we will be using the following tools and resources: replit.com, a collaborative and free coding platform which requires a free account. We will also use the free PyScript script and embed them in our HTML pages.
供應清單
We will be using Repl.it, an interactive coding environment, which makes it easy to code, share and collaborate. While there are many other places that students are able to code, this is the only resource we will be using. The site is free to sign up, and makes it easy to code in Python, directions will be provided with the first module.
