Each class, students will learn through a live reading of a story, with engaging questions. A new story or two will be read each class, by authors such as Dr. Seuss, Robert Munsch, and Linda Numeroff. Students will have an option to l complete an activity that reinforces the story’s theme and/or engage the students’ imagination. Students will use their imagination to engage in the story. Students will also apply the key concept through the creative project and questions.
I have been a day home provider and story teller for multiple years. I love engaging young kids in imaginative stories!
Each week will be different, but we will often use: Colouring pencils/markers/crayons Scissors Glue Paper Occasionally, a file may be sent ahead of class, which students should print ahead of time.
