If your student wants to create beautiful snowflake decorations but isn't quite sure where to start, this class is the perfect fit! A blank template will be provided, as well as a few pre-made templates for those that wish to have a little more guidance in the design process. I will demonstrate how to fold, design, and cut gorgeous snowflakes using my document camera so each step is easy to follow! Students will have the opportunity to make more than one snowflake if time allows. They can...
If your student does not use scissors, they can try using a tearing method to create snowflakes.
Please have at least one piece of printer paper or notebook paper and scissors available. Students can also bring string, yarn, ribbon, etc. for stringing the snowflakes together as time allows. Some additional time after class may be necessary to finish the entire project if students prefer to make more snowflakes after class.
