Each week I will lead a hip-hop style warm-up, which includes stretching, hip-hop moves and fun exercises. Choreography will also be taught each week. I will post the new lesson Sunday evening, FLEX classes allow you to take the class when it is convenient for you, anytime or any day! (No dance experience necessary.) I will teach a regular dance class in my home dance studio. I will then demonstrate the dance routine in the water. If your student does not swim, they can still learn the...
The goal for this class is to have fun, exercise, and to be creative with your dance moves in or out of the water!
I have been teaching for 21 years in several styles of dance for all ages. I have danced professionally including Walt Disney World, The Orlando Magic (NBA) Dance Team, Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best! I am passionate, caring and fun and look forward to meeting your child!

No supplies needed. If you do have your own pool or visit a pool or any body of water then you can take the choreography you learned to the water!
Make sure to have enough space to move around in a safe environment. Be sure to have water nearby and make sure to have comfortable clothing on. (Dance at your own risk.) *If your student does not swim they should not do the moves in the pool/water unless an authorized adult is watching and nearby. If your student does not swim they can learn the full choreography and not do the swim portion.
