In this one time class students will be introduced to the the 8 major planets in our solar system. They will learn the basic characteristics of each planet and the order of which they occur in relation to it's distance from the sun. The teacher will be using a series of video clips, song, and presentation to show students each of the planets and key facts/characteristics. They will also learn a fun mnemonic device to learn the order of the planets! 🕐TIME PERMITTING🕐 Towards the end of the session, learners will have their own opportunity to create/draw or talk about their own planet they would like to add to the solar system!! 🕐Don't see a time that works for your learner's schedule?
