Welcome Disney Fans! This class will follow the timeline of the marvelous creations of Walt Disney. Walt was fascinated by Animatronics, from an early age, and was the driving force behind some of the most memorable character experiences throughout the world's most amazing theme parks. Disney owns more than 100 patents for everything from attraction ride systems to audio systems. We will take a look at some of the earliest and most advanced animatronics to ever exist. From Dancing Man to the Jungle Cruise and Mr. Lincoln to Big Al, this class will take a brief look at them all. Students will have the opportunity to contribute by adding experiences they have had with their favorite animatronics. Class structure will be as follows- 1- Introductions 2- Ice Breaker 3- Teacher-led instruction/ Slideshow 4- Questions 5- Quiz/ Follow up to check for understanding.
