Get ready to get your boogie on!

The Winter Dance Party is here to save you from the seasonal blahs.

Give your little one the gift of movement and dance with friends to learn more about themselves and the wonderful season of winter. 

We will begin with social introductions and then dance for the entire time.
First warm-up and stretches to increase flexibility
Then jazz locomotor and centering techniques to improve coordination
Followed by choreography and progressions of classical and contemporary dance movement
Along with cardiovascular exercises and improvisation
We will finish with a reverence and conclude with a review of what we learned.

Who said you didn’t have a winter party plan? I can't wait to see you on the dance floor!

I teach in an inclusive manner where all are welcomed and encouraged. I recommend space to move, non-slippery shoes, and a water bottle.
