Mix and match genres from class to class -OR- dive deep within one genre!  Want to learn tap one week and ballet the next?  No problem!  Whether you are a beginner or an advanced level dancer, you can now have class your way with customized dance private lessons from a Master Dance Instructor!

As a Master Dance Instructor & Choreographer, Ms. Brandi has over 25 years experience as a dance instructor/choreographer AND over 35 years experience as a dancer!  Ms. Brandi has trained with some of the top dancers and choreographers in the world including the:

*Fastest Tapper World Recorded Holder and So You Think You Can Dance Tap Choreographer, Anthony Morigerato
*Broadway Tap Star, Savion Glover
*Professional Ballerinas from The Houston Ballet and The Royal Academy of Ballet
*Choreographers of famous artists (like Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé, Brittney Spears, etc)

Ms. Brandi continues to train both in person and online with various national dance conventions, including with her sister, Jade Whitmire, who is a nationally renowned teacher currently touring with The Streetz Dance Convention.

After taking top honors in national dance competitions for years, she was chosen from the top young tappers in the United States and  performed in the Off Broadway show called Tap Kids in her late teenage years. She was a co-choreographer and dancer with The University of Texas Dance Team in college.

Ms. Brandi has choreographed top award winning competition pieces from beginner to advanced ages 5 through teen level.  Her dances are known to earn special technique awards and her dancers continuously earn tap scholarships at convention.  Some of Ms. Brandi's former students went on to perform on tour for famous musical artists, as cruise ship performers, and even as professional theme park performers.

Please choose from the following dance styles offered for your private lessons:
*Tap (all ages and levels)
*Jazz (all ages and levels)
*Ballet (all ages, beginner through intermediate level)
*Lyrical (all ages, beginner through intermediate level)
*Contemporary (all ages, beginner through intermediate level)
*Conditioning (strengthen & stretch, all ages and levels)
*Audition Prep (all ages and levels)
*Competition or Performance Prep (all ages and levels)

During individual dance classes, the teacher will work with the individual student on their desired goals and areas of weaknesses in order to improve their overall technique and skills.

Ms. Brandi will make recommendations each week for things to work on at home. Tap shoes are not needed for tap, but are highly recommended.  A tap board is recommended in order to protect flooring in the home, as well.

***Please note:  If choreography is desired, please message Ms. Brandi as pricing for choreography instead of technique and scheduling is not the same as regular private lesson sessions.

**Cancellation Policy:  Beyond OutSchool's Refund Policies- Situations that do not meet the qualifications for Refunds/Make Up Lessons based on OutSchool's Refund Policies are at teacher discretion. Refunds in this category will not be issued/Make Up Lessons will not be available for learner no-shows or lessons that are cancelled on the learner's end unless it is an emergency situation (upon teacher discretion and only up to 2 times per 6 month period). Refunds and Make-Up lessons will not be honored in the event of excessive cancellations or no-shows (more than 2 per 6 month period).  Excessive cancellations may also lead to the student's time slot being revoked.
