In this Weekly Class, students will engage in interactive calming techniques. These techniques have been known to improve students' focus, emotion management, and overall wellbeing. Students will learn to identify their stressors and participate in engaging activities to practice various calming techniques through fun games, simple crafts, visuals, and interacting with the teacher. I am a certified teacher and currently work as a school counselor at a K-5 elementary school. I have created and delivered Social-Emotional Lessons and academic Lessons to K-5th grade.
Materials are described in the class description. Necessary Materials will also be posted each Sunday in the classroom.
