In this one-to-one class, your child will be taught: yoga postures, mindfulness activities, and meditation. This class is built to promote mindfulness and stress relief while improving flexibility and increasing strength. The class will end with a few minutes of quiet, guided meditation (savasana). Ms. Amber is the founder of Flow On The Go, LLC. She is a certified children's yoga teacher. In addition, Ms. Amber is also a 500hr yoga teacher. Before teaching children yoga, Ms. Amber worked as a physical therapist assistant helping children with special needs for over 15 years. She continually strives to learn all she can to help children reach their fullest potential.
