수업 소개
Move your feet! We are going to sing and dance along to our favorite Trolls songs and share our Troll Toys. This is an interactive dance party. You will need space to dance around. Have fun meeting other friends who love Trolls. Get your body moving to this energetic beat. Our class will begin with a social introduction, we will warm up our muscles, stretch to increase our flexibility, and do some locomotor activity to get our heart rates up. Creative movement and basic dance concepts will be taught. We will finish our class with reverence and goodbye to our friends. Feel free to dress up in your favorite Troll gear! Have a water bottle close by for hydration, push in that chair, and let's boogie on down. I can't wait to sing and dance our hearts out to these fun tracks! You will learn some new dance moves to show off to your friends. Get ready for the next World Tour with Pop-Up Class!
