Do you love songs from The Little Mermaid?  In this self-paced class learners will learn dance to Part of Your World and Under The Sea from the new Little Mermaid Live action movie!  

Class will begin with a quick warm-up and stretch.  Learners will then be taught choreography to the song for that week.  Learners will be given instruction on how to put basic dance movements together to form a short dance routine.  They will have the opportunity to be creative with how they move and ask questions via the classroom.  As the dance is taught, learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality. 

Dance Class 1:  Warm-up:  Under The Sea
Dance:  Part of Your World- Practice some ballet technique and lyrical movements as we form a beautiful dance to this popular song.  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

Dance Class 2:  Warm-Up:  Kiss The Girl
Dance:  Under The Sea - Learn how to tell a story through dance as we practice a fun musical theater style jazz dance!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

*Choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor but inspired by the movie. 
*Dance experience is helpful but not required for this class.

*This class has a flexible age range.  Moves are basic but may be fast and require a bit of practice.
*This class is pre-recorded videos.  TWO videos will be posted over one week which will include a warm-up. The video can be watched as many times as you need!
*Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback.
*Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule.  You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance.
*Classes will be uploaded from YouTube however they will be embedded in the classroom so learners never need to go to the  YouTube site.
