디즈니 댄스 앤 무브!

Do you LOVE Disney movies like FROZEN, ENCANTO and MOANA?  Do you have an interest in learning and practicing basic dance moves while getting your wiggles out and learning fun dances?  (This class is great for any learner who wants to learn fun basic dance steps or learners who have some dance experience and want to review and practice following directions).  No dance experience is needed for this class but some steps may be difficult/fast at first!  Use the video to practice as much as you need.

In this self-paced Class each week one video will be posted that will include:
-A Warm-up that is follow the leader style!  This will be to a fun Disney song!
-Two mini dance routines incorporating different styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop) we will do basic dance moves and then combine them to form a short mini dances.  (Two different Disney songs)
-One Freeze Dance song (Not Disney) - Different freeze song each week!
 
-Learners will be guided through basic dance steps that will fit together to form a short dance.  Learners will also have the opportunity to be creative with how they move!  As the dance is taught, learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality.   See the four week schedule below:

WEEK ONE:
Warm-Up:  When Will My Life Begin (TANGLED)
Mini Dance ONE:  How Far I'll Go (MOANA)
Fun Song:  Dance, Freeze, Melt
Mini Dance TWO:  Surface Pressure (ENCANTO)

WEEK TWO:
Warm-Up:  Let It Go (FROZEN)
Mini Dance ONE:  What Else Can I Do (ENCANTO)
Fun Song:  The Freeze
Mini Dance TWO:  Your Welcome (MOANA)

WEEK THREE::
Warm-up:  I Just Can't Wait to Be King (Lion King)
Mini Dance ONE:  Into the Unknown (FROZEN II)
Fun Song:  Freeze Game
Mini Dance TWO:  We Don't Talk About Bruno (ENCANTO)

WEEK FOUR:
Warm-up:  You've Got a Friend in Me (Toy Story)
Mini Dance ONE:  In Summer (FROZEN)
Fun Song:  Freeze Dance
Mini Dance TWO:  Family Madrigal (ENCANTO)

*Students may post a video of a dance for feedback.  The Teacher will post questions throughout the four weeks for the learners to answer.

*Movement and choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor but inspired by the movies. 
*Dance experience is helpful but not required for this class.

*This class has a flexible age range.  MOVES ARE BASIC BUT MAY BE FAST and require PRACTICE!
*This class is pre-recorded videos.  ONE video will be posted per week.  
*Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback.
*Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule.  You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance.
*Classes will be uploaded from YouTube however they will be embedded in the classroom so learners never need to go to the  YouTube site.
