This weekly class combines all of my most popular classes! There are SO many ways we can move around and get exercise, and it doesn't have to be running laps! WE could be playing The Floor is Lava! We could be pretending there are tacos in the sky! We could be searching for clues! The ideas are endless and so is the fun!!! We will always begin class with introductions when we have new students along with a question (favorite color, food, etc). Then we will start with a fun and energetic...

Children will develop their movement and coordination skills. They will develop their listening skills. They will be active and exercise in an engaging way. They will increase their confidence and creativity by expressing themselves with movement.
Children will need a space to move around and dance. The space should be free of objects on the floor or anything they can bump into. This is to avoid injuries or falls. They will need appropriate shoes (no sandals, flip flops, or heels). They also need a bottle of water. If there are additional supplies, I will let everyone know one week before that class.
