Our moderate work out will include warm up, tabata, yoga poses, yoga sequences,stretching, cool down. I will teach the students by demonstrating the moves and doing them along with them. I will stop occasionally to check for proper forms. Students are not required to know any types of exercises before class, I will be demonstrating all the moves and answering any questions.
