Teacher-Created 커리큘럼 기반
In this mini version of my Colonial History course, students will recieve a look at the various aspects of life in Colonial America. The class will be facilitated with a teacher-made powerpoint to allow students to see images of life during this time period. I believe strongly in allowing students to see/experience things firsthand. The class will include an activity for students to watch or participate in making a colonial toy if you choose to do so at home. I will use drop spindles, wool,...

I have taught this course to many students as a homeschool teacher. As a public educator, I have learned many topics to ensure my ability to teach them to younger generations.
(Whirligig): Small Yarn, LARGE Button or Pringles Lid, scissors
If your child is participating at home, he/she may need help with scissors to cut cardboard for the whirlygig toy if a large button is not avalible.
I will be using photos from Colonial Williamsburg to help show the differences of colonial life for all Americans and what daily life would have entailed for different people. Information from Scholastic, History.com, and Britannica has helped form the information that will be presented.
