𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 ADHD is a unique superpower, especially in young children, and this workshop is designed to help kids aged 4–6 thrive through interactive activities, engaging games, and positive movement exercises. This class is perfect for little learners who are just starting to explore their world and need fun, hands-on strategies to manage focus, energy, and memory in a supportive environment. With Mrs. Ali’s expert guidance, kids will build confidence, practice social and focus skills, and discover the joy of learning through activities tailored just for them. 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕 Each session is interactive, engaging, and packed with activities tailored to the attention span and learning needs of young children. 3 Minutes: Welcome and warm-up activity (song, movement, or short discussion). 5 Minutes: Focus-building game (e.g., Simon Says, memory games). 5 Minutes: Stretch or sensory break (stretches, simple movement exercises). 5 Minutes: Second interactive activity (e.g., building patterns, story-based focus exercises). 2 Minutes: Recap and cheerful goodbye. Note: This workshop is an interactive learning experience designed to provide early skills and tools for young children with ADHD. It is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. Mrs. Ali has been working with children for 11 years. Being a teacher, she has worked with over 500 students with neurodiversities, helping them learn how to succeed. As both a person with ADHD/ADD and a parent of a child with ADHD/ADD she has first hand experience of what ADHD/ADD looks like from both a child's perspective and the parents' perspective. She has practiced many different strategies with a variety of students, herself, and her child and has compiled a great many resources to help neurodiverse children.
Mrs. Ali has taken over 20 hours of college courses on childhood brain development and Psychology. She has worked alongside Special Education experts and Psychologists to develop plans of success for neurodiverse children on the Autism spectrum, that have ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
