수업 소개

Understanding what Executive Function skills are and how they impact our daily life can help a student reach their full potential! Let's learn about these key skills and how to improve them to make school, homework and managing all we need to get done easier.  

In our first class we will learn about what Executive Function skills are and how we use them in trying to complete day to day tasks.  In the second class, students will take an EF self assessment to see where their EF strengths and weaknesses are.  Students who are comfortable will be encouraged to share, ask questions and discuss, but will not be required to.  The last session will be filled with tips and tricks to help students improve organization, time management, task initiation, self advocacy and so much more.

 An overview of what Executive Function Skills are and how the impact our day to day life.

 Students will take a self assessment to find their EF strengths and weaknesses. We will discuss how they impact of life at school and home and how to improve in some areas.

 A class packed with tips, tricks and ideas on how to make homework,  chores and other responsibilities easier to complete.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn about and improve their Executive Function skills. This often includes those with ADHD. All learners are welcomed.

수업 자료

Students are welcomed to bring their school planner/agenda book to discuss their homework organization system.
