In this early reading introduction course for kindergarten and 1st grade, we will learn phonics skills that have short vowel sounds, practice spelling and reading. Great supplement for homeschool, afterschool and summer enrichment. There are 3 activities in the classes. -First, going over the phonics skill (using anchor charts and/or chants) and have a movement break. -Practice sounding out and blending words. Then read a sentence. -Using 3 steps to spell a word and then read a sentence. For the remainder of class time, we will play games to reinforce the phonics skill and reading. My Office Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 PM-8:00 PM EST Saturday 9:00 AM-11:00 AM EST Refund Policy: Pay weekly: "Cancel anytime. No refunds for past payments. Most recent payment can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase and prior to the first meeting of the payment period. Pay upfront: "Full refund until the class begins, or within 24 hours of purchase (until class starts), then a pro-rated refund based on the number of meetings.

-Using graphic organizers and finger tapping, students will learn how to decode and blend phonics skills.
-Students will be introduced to short vowel markings (breve).
-Students will look for chunks in words to sound out.
-Students will practice reading simple sentences and spelling.

We will use an anchor chart and chant to practice the short a/e sounds. We will have a movement break. We will use a graphic organizer, to decode and blend a CVC word, and practice reading a sentence.
In the spelling component, we will follow 3 steps to practice spelling a CVC word with short a/e sound and then read a sentence. For the remainder of the class, we will play games to reinforce reading words and/or sentences with CVC with short a/e sounds. 30 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

The lessons and/or extra practice homework will be created on Google Jamboard, Google Slides and or Google Forms in which I will share my screen with the learners.
The learners won't need an account to engage in the lessons.
