This class is for every level in gymnastics as we will cover basic in learning to maintain balance in landing in tumbling. My goal is to create meaningful, relaxing and comfortable, environment where students learn the key for balancing on the beam through exercise. Gymnastics balance beam class is a class where student learn how to feel their balance and skills to maintain the same. After general base stretching at the beginning of the class, we will navigate towards more specifics skills...
Students will learn based on their sports they attend, what muscle group is of cruciate importance to stretch before and after their practice, and to learn stretching skills before practice and competitive performance.

This is a workout class, so make sure your student is dressed appropriately. Please be aware that there is always a risk of injury during physical activity. While warm up and cool down will be included to prevent injury, accidents can happen. This class is movement based so be sure your child have plenty of room to stretch and work out. Parents are allowed and encourage to supervise and assist their children during activities. It is recommended that this accure during your child's first classes in order to help him/her feel more confident during the class. Students practicing indoor can practice barefoot but students practicing outdoor are recommended to use sneakers.
Students will need joga meet, water and space to practice, barefoot.
