This one-off class will take students through a challenging (and rewarding) bodyweight workout. Utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, and calisthenics, the students will experience a variety of exercises while they burn calories, build muscle, and drench themselves in sweat! I will start off each class with a warm-up, as keeping our joints healthy at a young age makes us quite happy as we get older. After the warm-up is complete, we will begin our exercise routine....
