The learning goals for this course will be to teach the student about the fighter-bomber F 104 Starfighter, world records set, facts about the aircraft, and how the aircraft was used in Vietnam. The focus will be on both scientific and historic facts about this advanced third generation aircraft and how it served multiple allied nations in their Air Forces. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information in this course. There is also an informational video about the F 104. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions. There will be no assigned homework in this class and the teaching style will be lecture via power point material with a few questions asked of the students.
