The learning experience for this course will be to teach the students about various military aircraft from the World War II era. There will be several WWII-era aircraft discussed including fighter bombers and foreign aircraft. Additionally, the structural design, variants, use during the war, and other scientific information and WWII history will be discussed in these classes. The teacher's desire is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material...
The students will learn in-depth details about many different WWII aircraft to include variants, flight characteristics, and history of these aircraft as well as operational uses.
The teacher has over 20 years experience as an Air Force officer and civilian contractor working with the military and military aircraft supporting them through providing operational weather support. He is also a STEM certified teacher.
General violence will be discussed in class in context of WWII history however no overt graphic or excessive violent images will be shown in class.
