During each section, learners will be guided through different visualization meditations with videos that have been pre-recorded. Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. Each assignment will be done individually. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. During each section, I will give you journal prompting questions and you can post your answers in the classroom.
