수업 소개
The students should read each book before coming to class. The students may also listen to an adult or older child read the book before class. In this club, the learners will discuss a new Amber Brown book written by Paula Danziger each week. We will discuss the book, talk about the vocabulary, and answer fun trivia questions that encourage more discussion. The students are asked to bring one trivia question about the book to ask the other students. The students can also ask questions about vocabulary words. Please post the vocabulary words in class comments the day before our club meets. Some of the discussion will include the plot of the story, the characters, the problem, and the solutions in the book. I will prepare some discussion questions for each class. I will also prepare trivia questions for the students. We will play a trivia game at the end of each class. Please remember your trivia question. If you have questions about a vocabulary word, please ask them on the classroom page. January 28: Amber Brown Is Not a Crayon February 4: You Can't Eat Your Chicken Pox, Amber Brown February 11: Amber Brown Goes Fourth February 18 : Amber Brown Wants Extra Credit February 25: Forever Amber Brown March 3: Amber Brown Sees Red March 10: Amber Brown Is Feeling Blue The other titles will be added as the club continues.
