Prior to our fifth meeting read chapters 29-36 and answer journal question #4. **A PDF file of journal discussion questions will be attached to the classroom after our first meeting. In this book club, learners will read and discuss, "Beverly, Right Here" by Kate DiCamillo, the third book in the Raymie Nightingale series. Learners will read the book outside of class following the schedule listed below. **This series consists of three books: "Raymie Nightingale" (book #1), "Louisiana's Way Home" (book #2), and "Beverly, Right Here" (book #3). While readers are not required to follow a specific order, reading them sequentially can enhance the overall enjoyment of the series. Each session will be interactive, with teacher-led, in-depth discussions and engaging activities based on the assigned chapters. In our fourth meeting, we will have a teacher-led discussion focusing on chapters 22-28. The homework will be to read chapters 29-36 and answer journal question #4 before our final session. In our fifth meeting, we will have a teacher-led discussion focusing on chapters 29-36. **These chapters are quick page-turners, keeping learners engaged and eager to continue reading. This book club is an excellent opportunity for your child to sharpen their reading comprehension skills, gain insights from others’ perspectives, and have a fun time reading an unforgettable story.
