This is an ongoing class. In this class, your child will be practicing mathematics skills such as: number, shape and space, times tables, word problems, algebra and angles - and each lesson is centered around a specific goal. Private lessons are a great option and can be very helpful if: * A class teacher has raised an area of improvement that your child needs to work on. * Your child would like more practice/extra help. * There are some areas of learning that they missed out on perhaps when switching schools or moving to a new place. * Your child would like or needs to spend more time on a specific area. About me, I am a very experienced teacher in the US. I have been homeschooling for 4 years and have an education degree. I adapt to what your child needs. I'm also a Sign Language interpreter so I am available to help children who know ASL and need help learning Math skills. I teach in a fun style with learning math facts as I would in the classroom so that your child feels comfortable and enjoys their lesson. I am looking forward to helping your child reach their goals. Mathematics is an essential skill to have in their academic toolkit and it helps with all areas of the curriculum and daily life. If you don't find a time that suits you - feel free to message me.

Hi! My name is Natalie and I love teaching. I have over 15 years' experience in learning and teaching ASL with both children and adults. I recently got my certificate in ASL. I also graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2010. In 2024, I passed my Praxis in English and Social Studies. Previously, I taught high school History, Sign Language, and Gym class for a year.
Why do I love teaching? I think every child deserves a chance to succeed no matter what. Each child learns differently and being able to adapt and change a lesson to make sure they fully comprehend a concept before moving on is so important.리뷰
