Hi, thanks for your interest in my class! As a 5 star rated educator on Outschool, Mom, and Professional Child Care Provider I have had the unique opportunity to start and run a successful business as a babysitter that eventually grew into a exciting career as a professional in demand nanny. Being recognized as a top rated Featured Ace Certified Educator by Outschool has been a tremendous honor, and I am so grateful to have had so many amazing experiences with families from around the world here on the platform. I take my commitment to teaching very seriously by always giving the children who attend my classes 110% of my energy and attention. I have taught over 4000 students in my virtual classroom over the past 2 years and plan to teach thousands more. 😉 While I was working as a professional child caregiver and full time nanny I attended an annual professional nanny conference and multiple trainings for optional continuing education in an effort to go above and beyond in regards to staying educated about caregiving techniques and preventative life saving techniques. Including, Adolescent Behavior, S.I.D.S. , Baby Led Weaning, CPR, Infant CPR, First Aid, and more. I am SIDS , CPR, First Aid, and Baby Led Weaning certified. I have been having a wonderful time working with children of all abilities as a teacher and mentor for children from all walks of life, for over 15 years in person and virtually. In addition to having over 20 years of babysitting experience in which I have provided care to more than 50 different children for over 30 individual families......I also have had the invaluable experience of providing in person professional childcare services to a select few high profile families as a professional nanny for a time as well. I have always had the private to care for several special needs children.
Learners are encouraged to jot down a few questions before they come to our class together. Students are welcome to bring a pencil and paper to takes notes if they would like to take down notes about my tips and tricks too!
Please note that this private one on one session will be customized to what your child would like to learn about. This means it’s a great class for kiddos who have already taken the one time class so they can get more in depth information to expand on what they already learned…..OR kids who are new to the concept of babysitting simply prefer to take classes by themselves for one on one personalized attention while learning! In both scenarios It’s is very helpful if the enrolled child come to the session with a few questions written down so I can have a few starting points to get us started and make sure I am covering the topics they are most curious about during our time together. If your child would simply like to use this time as a private version of my one time class called Babysitting Like A Pro class so they can enjoy the class by themselves so they can ask frequent questions that is totally fine too!
