🤩 In this unique friendship social club for girls, young ladies will spend 60 Minutes having fun with me and the same great group of awesome friends each week.  Kiddos will have a blast as they spend time playing games and chatting with a group of kind, accepting and encouraging friends in a very positive virtual environment. Yet, the best part of this club is that kiddos actually get to practice a variety of essential skills each week like active listening, positive communication, and showing support to one another as well!

🤗 All the kids will get the chance to engage in kind and fun conversations while playing fun teacher led games and celebrating the exciting things going on in our lives too! Each class will feature a game that help kids utilize important life skills like : communication skills, listening skills, building confidence, making confident decisions, public speaking, active listening, social emotional skills and more.  

💬 After the group activities every kiddo will get to practice refining their conversation skills while spending time chatting with a buddy or two each in  “Miss Anna’s Buddy Break Out Rooms” as well.  Kids will paired up in  special virtual rooms and be given roughly 15 - 20 minutes of Buddy Time to socialize in a 1 on 1 setting with a real friend in class to chat, play a game, or simply discuss things they enjoy.

✨ What Can Your Kiddo Expect?
- This very unique virtual friendship club meets once a week to allow kids to start or end their day on a positive note by chatting, laughing and building confidence with a great group of new friends while socializing and playing games.

- Each class will begin with each kiddo receiving a warm welcome and a chance to share their thoughts as we chit chat a bit 💭.

-Next, the kids and I will engage in a fun group game or activity together that is carefully chosen to give kids a chance to practice REAL LIFE SKILLS like....patiently takings turns, public speaking and utilizing good manners as we each give one another our undivided attention. 

-Finally, I ( Miss Anna ) will randomly pair the kids up with a buddy and send them to a break out room for a ton of 1 on 1 fun as that chat and spend some important hang time with a buddy in class while utilizing the socialization skills we are refining during our group time together. 

-We will also have fun themed weeks on occasion where we celebrate upcoming holidays or special days where kids will be celebrating the other girls birthdays too! 🎉

🤔 How Does 1 : 1 Buddy Time Work?
-During their 1 : 1 time I will periodically monitor each breakout room by silently checking in on each group of kiddos and offering to help getting a conversation off the ground if needed.

-During this time kids can chat about mutual interests, learn about things the other children are passionate about and simply have the freedom to enjoy time with another kiddo while practicing the skills they are refining during group activities together.

👩‍🏫 What is the virtual classroom atmosphere like?
-My virtual classroom environment is a fun and relaxed atmosphere where I lead classes with big energy, playful humor and kindness to model these positive communication behaviors for the girls while encouraging them to do the same.

-Kids are always asked to remember to use their best manners while in my classes and make sure they are being considerate of their classmates feelings. 

-I will occasionally place kids on mute if needed to make sure every child gets to feel truly seen and heard when it is their turn to speak during group activities.

-Kids are always encouraged to show off their silly sides and their amazing unique personalities during our time together while showing kindness and respect to their friends as we all have fun!

🫣 What if my kid is kind of shy, would this be the right kind of club for her? 
-Absolutely! As a former shy kid myself…I know from experience many shy kids are just looking for a place to truly feel seen and heard, and in our friendship club helping kids TRUELY feel seen is my number one priority!

- I strongly believe that having kids with a wide variety of personalities including shy, bubbly, quiet, loud and silly personalities is actually what makes this club so wonderfully unique and welcoming to kids all over the world.  The girls truly can’t wait to celebrate one another each week and hear what’s going on in each others lives! They are always encouraging one another and lifting each others spirits when needed!

🌎 Will children have a chance to make friends in other parts of the world?
-YES! I currently have students joining our virtual online club each week from Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

😀 What Will The Kids Do Each Week?
-Each week I will lead the kiddos in different interactive group games and activities together like: Would You Rather, Scavenger Hunts, Blooket Trivia, Pictionary, and much more with no supplies needed.

- This amazing group of girls and I have been known to invent new games together like Zoom Hide and Seek, and Wheel Of Fun! From time to time we even enjoy a Mini-Dance Party, Put On A Fashion Show, or Rock Out in a fun and silly version of Lip Sync Karaoke that we made up together! 🎸

-Having said that, It’s always a great idea to have a piece of paper and something to draw with nearby incase we incorporate drawing into our games on occasion! ( I will always give kids a bit of advanced notice by sending a message in the virtual classroom wall the day of class if they will be drawing in class as well. )

-This class will follow a similar structure each week with a variety of games and the same great group of friends.

🤗This social club is incredibly Nuerodiverse Affirming in addition to being ESL , ADHD, ASD, 2E, Gifted, Dyslexia and all around Neurodivergent Friendly Too!

🤔Can A Child Join This Fun Friendship Club More Than Once A Week?
- YES! I ( Miss Anna ) run this friendship club at several different times each week.  Although this Outschool friendship club does fill up and sell out often.... parents are welcome to enroll their child in club multiple times each if they would like to.  (Availability permitting.) 

🎥 Do Cameras Need To Stay On During This Special Class?
-Yes. Please note that in order to practice effective communication skills, organic conversation skills, and showing each other our undivided attention during this class kids will be required to have their camera on at all times ( unless they need a quick moment of privacy or need to step away to the restroom ) during our club time.

-While we understand that this may mean it is not the best fit for every child, it is however the most successful way to ensure each person in class is getting the undivided attention they are showing to others.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and respecting the class rules. 

😩What if the class time I want is sold out?
-If your ideal class time is sold out, please feel free to join the waitlist and you will automatically get notified by email when a seat opens up! (It is important to make sure you have your email notifications for Outschool turned on in order to receive the automated waitlist updates ) 

🤔 How long does it take to get off of the waitlist and into a class time?
- The wait to get into a class is typically between 2 - 4 weeks.  However, it can take longer during the fall and winter.  The best way to get into a class as fast as possible is to join the waitlist for all the class times that could potentially work for your kiddo, so you have a better chance of grabbing a seat more quickly!

🧐 Does pausing the class when my child is away guarantee my child's seat will be saved for them?
- Unfortunately, no.  While pausing will avoid your subscription payment being processed for class while you cannot attend class, it also opens that seat to people on the waiting list.  The average waiting lists for class is typically 5 - 10 girls.

-When any parent pauses their child's subscription in an Outschool class their child's seat is released temporarily while they are away, and means it is open for another student to take while they are away.  If another student takes the seat while your child is away and chooses to remain in class, your child will be unable to resume class when their pause ends and will be automatically placed on the waitlist.

-The only way to guarantee your child's seat in class is saved when they cannot attend class fro some reason is by making sure they stay enrolled in class and NOT choosing to pause their subscription. 
( Very similar to in person activities and clubs where you'd like to save your child's place when they cannot attend.)

✨ Our special club is full of fun, games, and really excited kids.  It’s really important to me that every child gets a chance to feel truly seen and heard during our time together.
For this reason, this our friendship club can occasionally run 5 - 10 minutes over the scheduled time.

If for some reason your child needs to leave right at the end of class time, no worries, they can simply send me a quick note in the chat to let me know they can’t stay after class and leave when they need to. 😊
