Follows Teacher-Created Curriculum
🧑🔬 Welcome Scientists! 👨🔬 Are you ready to conduct some awe-inspiring experiments? Every student will be exposed to a plethora of creative and fun hands-on science experiments. As class meets three times during the week (once each day), every meeting will consist of a different experiment and materials. Our experiments will encourage learners to identify the various concepts of science behind what they are doing daily. Science experiments are about doing, testing, and observing from...
3 lessons//1 Week
Week 1Lesson 1🐘 Day 1 - Elephant Toothpaste 🦷Let's create a chemical reaction full of explosions (I promise it is a small, yet EXCITING eruption).Lesson 2🍋 Day 2 - Lemon Volcanoes 🌋Did you know the lemons can erupt like a volcano? Well not by themselves, so they do need help from another ingredient.Lesson 3🦠 Day 3 - Fluffy Slime 🦠It's time for sticky, gooey fun when mixing different ingredients together to achieve a slime creation!
Learners will improve their understanding of various science concepts, and how different materials combined can create amazing things. Learners will identify the process through hands-on learning.
🐘 Day 1 - Elephant Toothpaste 🦷 - empty water or Gatorade bottle - liquid dish soap - dry yeast - hydrogen peroxide - liquid food coloring (optional) - warm water - cup & spoon measurements - small bowl for mixing - spoon ------------------------------- 🍋 Day 2 - Lemon Volcanoes 🌋 - 3 lemons - baking soda - liquid dish soap - craft sticks or drinking straw - food coloring - cutting board - tray **An adults help will be needed as our lemons will need to be cut.
