Welcome to the Advanced Little Ninjas class! This is an ongoing, weekly class option for students who have completed AT LEAST one of the monthly sessions with me (Month 1, Month 3, or Month 3). Students may jump into this class at any time, but please be advised that students who don't have the prerequisite classes mention above will be withdrawn from the class. With over 17 years teaching preschool and kindergarten aged students, 8 years homeschooling my own four children, and multiple fitness certifications, I have found I most enjoy making learning a fun process, especially when it comes to health and fitness! I have a black belt in MMA (comprised of a Tae Kwon Do/Muay Thai/Boxing/Jiu jitsu blend), and love sharing martial arts with others, especially young children! If your child has ever had interest in martial arts, karate, or ninjas, this class is for them!
Please have your ninja wear comfortable clothing for moving around/kicking. Please also set up in an area with enough space to move around. Occasionally a pillow will be needed.

Parental supervision is recommended as this is a physical movement class for younger children. Adequate space to move, free of tripping hazards and anything a child might be injured by, is very important. Lack of supervision may result in injury. Please have your child wear comfortable clothing for movement, and a water bottle nearby.
