👠 Intro to Strut Your Stuff: How to Do Everything in Heels! 👠 Strutting into formal season? Let’s make sure you do it with confidence! In this fun and interactive introductory class, we’ll cover: ✅ The different types of heels and how they affect movement ✅ Proper posture for balance and elegance ✅ Walking with confidence (without wobbling!) ✅ Climbing stairs safely and gracefully I’ll demonstrate both the right and wrong ways to walk in heels, then guide learners as they practice, offering real-time tips to improve their form. In just 30 minutes, teens will gain the tools to practice safely at home—and be ready to take on Strut Your Stuff 2.0! No experience needed—just bring your heels and a willingness to learn! 👠✨

Heels aren't mandatory, but highly recommended. The shoes should fit properly and not fall off easily. Any heel and height is fine! Stairs are also optional.
