Hello, and thank you for your interest in Ice Cream Shop Worker Vocational Skills self-paced class!  This one-time, asynchronous class (no live Zoom meetings) teaches learners important functional skills they will need to use efficiently on their first job.  Students will use their own set of interactive digital lesson slides to consider and practice the following vocational topics:

1.  Identifying single item customer orders from a written order
2.  Identifying two item customer orders from a written order
3.  Ice cream recipe reading comprehension
4.  Functional receipt reading comprehension
5.  Analyzing and understanding workers' elapsed shift times

For each skill set, I provide:

🍦 An interactive Pear Deck lesson for the student to complete
🍦 A discussion question to encourage students to think about the responsibility of having a job

At the end of class, the student will be able to download their Certificate of Completion.
