During this class we start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies including do cardio and learn some hip-hop moves for one song. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat song from Descendants. The purpose of this class is to get up on your feet, have some fun and get a taste of what my classes are all about! (Most of my classes are 55 minutes, others are 25 minutes.) *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation, inspired by the Descendants moves. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a routine by the end of the class!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
