During this class we will start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies. We will also do some cardio and learn some hip-hop moves for about 7 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat dance routine for approximately 30 minutes. All music is upbeat and fun and age appropriate! During class we will have a couple breaks that include some social time and we will work on a fun craft! Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!
I have been teaching for 19 years in several styles of dance for all ages. I have danced professionally including Walt Disney World, The Orlando Magic (NBA) Dance Team, Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best! I am passionate, caring and fun and look forward to meeting your child!

Stapler or tape to secure your hat! *Or bring coloring sheet and crayons to color! The attachment is with the welcome message or bring your own coloring sheet.
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. Scissors will be needed for the craft. (Dance at your own risk.)
