During this class we start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies including cardio and learn some hip hop moves. (For about 5-7 minutes.) We will then learn choreography to an upbeat song from Descendants or Zombies. (25 -30 minutes) During class we will have a couple breaks and at the end of class we will do our activity on most days. Check out the supply list on what to bring to class! *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation, inspired by the Descendants moves. *Message me anytime with questions! *If you have taken my individual classes before or 8 week session you have completed some of these classes, it is ok to repeat! *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. The songs are upbeat and fun. The goal of this ongoing class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a routine by the end of every class!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. Scissors will be needed for some crafts. (Dance at your own risk.)
