In this class, learners will read and discuss the book Ella Enchanted. I will lead the discussion and we will discuss characters, the plot, and themes in the book. Your learner will have the opportunity to speak as much or as little as they want. Each week I will provide the questions that will guide the discussion for the next class. After finishing the book, learners will complete their book project. The book project can be anything from creating a movie poster for the book, rewriting the...

Learners will need to read the chapters (about 75 pages) each week prior to class. I will provide discussion questions to guide their reading and give them something to think about, but they do not need to be answered prior to class. The book project should only take 30-45 minutes.
