Los increíbles océanos de la Tierra (curso semestral)

🌊Welcome Ocean Adventurers!🦀

This 8-week semester course, learners will study of the world's oceans, exploring their physical characteristics, ecological importance, and the impact of human activities on these vast bodies of water. The class is structured to build knowledge progressively, with a focus on hands-on learning, critical thinking, and student engagement. Topics that will be covered include the physical characteristics of the oceans, currents, tides and waves, and ocean zones among others (please see full syllabus below).

Lessons will involve a slideshow presentation (including multimedia content) incorporated with questions and opportunities for students to express their opinions respectfully with the class. I aim to cater to different learning styles and help students connect with the material through practical applications and visual aids. My lessons are structured to build foundational knowledge while encouraging exploration and critical thinking.
