In this ongoing class, students will explore countries around the world. Each week will take us to a new place where we learn about the country's geographic location and capital city, the meaning(s) of the colors and symbols that make up its flag, food and other agricultural products, animals, and other interesting facts. Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout the lesson. A one-page worksheet will be posted to the class weekly. Below is a weekly breakdown of countries to be explored. Please note that the list below is subject to change as I welcome and accommodate students’ suggestions: Week of 01/05/2025: Brunei Week of 01/12: El Salvador Week of 01/19: Sudan Week of 01/26: Tonga Week of 02/02: Suriname See you in class!
