In this on-going club, Marvel and DC Comic fans will meet new friends and talk about a new superhero each week. After talk and learning facts about the new superhero of the week, students will learn to draw and color the character.

***Make sure you get to class early. Five minutes before the class begins, a special Superhero movie will be shown. This is to entertain us while we allow time for others to join the class before we begin.

Students will learn:

- How to follow directions.
- Improve Listening skills.
- Learn facts about the superhero.
- Find ways we can be a "hero" in real life.
- What does it take to be a "hero"?
- Learn to Draw
- Learn to use colors and make a beautiful art piece.
- The power of teamwork.
- Build self-confidence.

"What does a typical 40 minute class look like?"
3 minutes (pre- class time)  - Superhero clip (let's get in the spirit while we wait for others to join our class.)
3 minutes - introduction and show and tell time.
6 minutes - Let's learn all about the Superhero of the week. How can we be a "hero" in real life?
2 minutes - Drawing/Coloring preparation time.
27 minutes - Draw and Color the superhero of the week.
2 minutes - Show and Tell time. Show us your artwork! Be proud of your hard work!

***Please feel free to join and leave the club whenever you want. However, seating is limited so if you leave for a week, I can not guarantee there will be an available seat when you return.

***If a schedule conflict happens or if you are going on vacation, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL. I will have other times that I can switch your learn to for that week only.

Weekly schedule:
Each week will be a surprise Superhero! (This has bee a HUGE success with my POKEMON DRAWING CLASS!)

Please remember the goal of this class is to teach your student how to draw and color, but more importantly learning how to stay focused while building confidence!

***Just like my POKEMON DRAWING CLUB, we will begin making each week a surprise on which super hero we will learn about and color. (I have had a huge success with this and the students have enjoyed the class more with it being a surprise. Students also can not wait till we meet again so they can find out next weeks surprise.)


***Please do cancel out of a class. I will offer many other class times that you can transfer to if you can not make your class time. Please just ask me to change you to a different time.

Hey there! I’m Billy, your child’s creative adventure buddy! Every week, I work to create a fun and supportive space where your child can look forward to learning and growing. I make sure each class is an exciting, safe environment where they can express themselves, make new friends, and build confidence through art.

For over 12 years, I’ve traveled the globe, soaking up vibrant cultures and creative experiences. I’m currently living in Egypt, where I’ve been for 7 years, teaching and inspiring young minds from all over the world.

With 30+ years of experience as an actor, singer, director, and choreographer, I’ve had the chance to teach the kids of movie stars! But my heart belongs to helping kids express themselves through drawing. 

I’ve had the privilege of studying animation and storytelling with some of the best in the business—Disney, Nickelodeon, and DreamWorks. Through internships and collaborations, I’ve learned the magic of creating characters, telling stories, and designing visually compelling art, and I bring those lessons into my classes, helping students unlock their own creativity.

I’ve proudly taught on Outschool for over 4 years, and I’m honored to be recognized as a top teaching contributor. My classes blend artistic skills with storytelling, turning each lesson into an adventure. My students have gone on to shine on Broadway, star in TV shows, and become amazing artists themselves!

I hold a Bachelor’s in Performing Arts/Dance and a Master’s in Education. My teaching philosophy? Spark imagination, make learning fun, and encourage kids to grow in confidence and creativity.

I’m so proud of my students and can’t wait to bring that same energy to your child’s creative journey! Let’s explore the world of art together as part of the OUTSCHOOL family!
