This one time class will teach some amazing facts about squirrels. This is an interactive course that will educate students on the habitat and daily lives of squirrels through introducing them to my squirrel Lucky. They will get to see first-hand through videos and photos how Lucky went from being a tiny injured baby squirrel to living his best life now in freedom. Learn what squirrels eat, where they live and how they build their homes. I strive to offer a fun, engaging and memorable classroom experience.

I love teaching students of all ages! I have over 20 years experience teaching students ranging in age from 4 to college level students. I strive to create a fun and engaging classroom where each student is eager to learn and participate. My mission is to make learning enjoyable and memorable.
My areas of expertise are communications and public speaking, but I love teaching science and animal related courses and helping students work on their reading skills. I currently travel around the country doing test prep classes for high school students.
I also have a passion for teaching younger students how to read. I have my ESL certification, a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a MA in Business Management from Tusculum University.
