Welcome to Our One-on-One Art Tutoring Sessions!

What Will Be Taught?

Our sessions focus on helping young artists develop their unique voice and style while building upon their techniques. Students can help guide the teacher in picking an appropriate subject matter to build projects on. 

What Topics Will You Cover?
- Basics of drawing and then introduce painting as mix media ( look at the other tutoring sessions for full painting courses)
- Practicing techniques and styles in people , everyday objects, and landscapes
- Elements of Art & Principle of Design terms will be used in projects
- Exploring mixed media and discussing how they can  be used to strengthen work
- Introduction to art terms and diction
- Drawing techniques and illustration work

How Is Your Class Structured?
Our class is structured into short, engaging one-on-one sessions held once a week via Zoom. Each session includes a mix of personalized instruction, hands-on practice, and constructive feedback. Students will also have independent work assignments.

How Will You Teach?
I will teach through live demonstrations, step-by-step instructions, and interactive activities tailored to your child's interests and skill level. We'll use demonstrations, video clips, and dialogue to make learning fun and dynamic.

What's Your Teaching Style?
My teaching style is interactive, nurturing, and student-centered. I aim to create a supportive environment where your child feels comfortable exploring different techniques and styles, ultimately helping them find their unique artistic voice.

How Much Will Learners Get to Interact with You?
Students will engage with me directly during our weekly Zoom sessions through lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. They'll have opportunities to ask questions, submit work photos, and view notes and video clips. Additionally, they can share their work and receive personalized feedback in our private discussions.
