In this 1 time class,we will create a Hawaii! sunset painting!
We will use acrylic paints and brushes to create this painting.

We will do a quick check of the supplies and then start the painting step by step working on the background and then on top we will start adding the details and layering. This painting will be alot of fun and can be a beautiful wall art addition or be a unique gift!This class will be alot of fun where we will discover how to paint with colors.
We will add the finishing touches and at the end of the process , with just 5 paint colors, we will have a wonderful completed Hawaii sunset painting!

2.Acrylic Paint- Yellow,Red,Blue,Black and White
3.painting brushes – I thick, 1  medium, I thin.
4. Pallet(a paper plate will do), paper towel and cup of water

Hello! My name is Priscilla and I am a homeschooling mom of 3 and love art! I have had the amazing opportunity to study Fine Art at Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art on a full ride scholarship in New York City for my artwork and hope to teach your learners the skill sets I have learned in visual art!I have eight years of online teaching experience teaching children online.  I am so excited to teach art classes here on Outschool and welcome you into my studio!My art classes are designed to allow students to grow in fine art.My main goal as a teacher is to teach fine art techniques to improve artistry skills. Helping learners to channel their inner artist while having fun!

I am a Professional Artist and am a Young Arts Scholar and Presidential Scholar in the academics and arts.My artwork has been in various gallery shows and some of my artwork pieces from my collection is showcased in a gallery called All Artworks! 

 I have taught art for 15 years as an art instructor in New York,California and Chicago.I also have experience as an art teacher and have showcased my artwork in the Smithsonian Museum and various galleries around the world. One of my teaching goals is to allow my students to express their creativity in their own unique way.My philosophy is if the student is having fun while learning they will grow in learning.I love to sing and act in addition to art and have a well-rounded background in various forms of art!
