When trying to write, it's so easy to get stuck. That's why it's super beneficial to do writing exercises to get your thought processes going. In this 30 minute creative writing workshop, we're going to: - learn about 6 word stories - 5 minutes - spend some time writing - 15 minutes - share what we've written - 5 minutes - reflect on what we've learned - 5 minutes As students write their stories, they will submit their stories using a polling tool (Mentimeter) which will post the stories...
Students will learn how to be more intentional with their choice of words and how to be concise when telling a story.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
