In this 4 week class, students will learn how to create and write their own D&D adventure.

Class experience

By the end of the class, students will have written their own D&D adventure.
Students will learn creative writing and the basics of storytelling.
Students will learn to use their creativity and imagination.
Students will have to present and the end of the course and gain experience in public speaking.
Homework Offered
At the end of each class, students will have a new assignment that they must complete by the start of next week's class. At the start of each class, students will present their homework to the class. The length of homework will depend on the assignment and the adventure that your student has decided to create.

Students should have a notebook and pen/pencil in order to take notes and write their adventure in. Students may write their adventure digitally through Microsoft Word or Google Docs if they want. 

Other helpful material, though not necessary, are the Dungeon Master Manual, Monster Manual, or any other D&D 5e source books they may have. If you do not have any source book then check out the Essential Rule Book. It provides the basics on how to play the game and may be helpful.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
D&D inherently includes fantasy violence. Please use discretion when signing your child up for my class.
