This class is for your young learner. Reading and spelling fit so nicely together, and they strengthen each other. In this class, your Learner will work with phonemic awareness to strengthen both of these skills.

Each week after the first will follow a similar structure with the materials available by 12:00 am Monday. Assessments Offered

Students will need a dedicated spelling notebook as we will be creating a semester-long spelling rules dictionary. The Dictionary will contain handouts and so the notebook will need to have a loose-leaf or pocket component. Index Cards, while not required would be very helpful.
