In this class we will review what is an antonym while playing games that includes reviewing and helping reinforce students' understanding of antonyms. Students and I will discuss what is an antonym and have an open discussion. For example, an antonym for 'good' is 'bad', and an antonym for 'hot' is 'cold'. Antonyms are useful in descriptive writing, as they allow us express things in powerful, impactful ways. Students will be placed into groups for a fun activity to help them learn....
